Please review the following terms before registering for a CPR course with New Jersey CPR Classes. By completing a registration, you agree to the cancellation, refund, and rescheduling terms described on this page.
If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may request a different course date before the original class begins.
A $25 rescheduling fee applies each time a registration is moved to another date unless you have purchased Reschedule Insurance.
Rescheduling requests received after the scheduled course start time are not eligible for this option.
Students can choose to add Reschedule Insurance during the original registration process for a one-time fee of $15.
This option provides up to two date changes without the standard $25 rescheduling charge. The following conditions apply:
Online and blended learning registrations are final once access has been issued.
This includes digital course products and blended training options where online coursework or other digital materials are provided to the student. Because access is assigned to the individual who registered and may become available immediately after purchase, these registrations cannot be refunded, transferred, or reassigned.
Once a registration has been moved to a different course date, the original purchase remains non-refundable.
Rescheduling a course does not create a new refund period or restore refund eligibility. Any applicable rescheduling fees or Reschedule Insurance charges also remain non-refundable.
A no-show occurs when a student does not attend the scheduled course or required skills session and does not notify New Jersey CPR Classes before the scheduled start time.
Missed appointments are not eligible for a refund or credit. A new registration or applicable rescheduling option may be required to attend a future class.
Students are responsible for arriving at the correct location on the scheduled date and allowing enough time to complete the required training.
Course enrollment and online access are associated with the student information provided during registration. Course access, digital materials, and registration benefits cannot be transferred to another person.
If another individual needs to complete the course, that person must register separately.
Please confirm your course date, location, and selected course before completing your purchase. If you need to change your scheduled date, contact New Jersey CPR Classes as soon as possible and before the scheduled start time.
New Jersey CPR Classes reserves the right to enforce these terms consistently for all registrations.

If you do not attend your scheduled class or skills session without notifying New Jersey CPR Classes beforehand, you will be considered a no-show. The registration fee will not be refunded or credited.
